• Enguri HEPP Rehabilitation - design, contract negotiations and supervision for the power station, pressure tunnel, Stoplog and dam.
• Enguri HEPP – design, procurement and installation of a modern state of the art instrumentation system and automated data analysis software for this the highest arch dam in the world.
• Vardnili HEPP Rehabilitation – technical and environmental due diligence reporting for the funding agent, outline design for the civil, electromechanical and hydromechnical works.
• Khudoni HEPP Feasibility Design – complete review of the existing design, upgrading to modern standards of geotechnical, hydrological and seismic norms. Economic and financial feasibility assessment and preparation of contract documents for tendering.
• Georgian Dam Safety – recommendation to the Government of Georgia and preparation of the mechanism and legislation for the implementation of dam monitoring and safety regulations.
• Namakhvani Dam – Design by finite element calculations of this arch dam to feasibility level.
• Racha HEPP – Prefeasibility study and subsequent feasibility design and development assistance to the Owner.
